Shipment processing time

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless the item(s) ordered is on “PRE-ORDER” status. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders than normal, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All shipping and handling cost for your order will be calculated at checkout. Please make sure all shipping information provided is correct and accurate.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will be receiving a confirmation email with your tracking information. Must provide a valid/correct email address to receive our confirmation emails.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs, duties fees or taxes that may be assessed on the items shipped.

Damages
All items are well inspected before shipping. Must report any shipping damages within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally with the exception to few destinations. Please allow longer time for international shipping and expect a higher shipping cost. Be aware that the shipment might be subject to duties/customs fees at port of entry.
